These services include ground-up construction, tenant fit-out, demolition, concrete, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, utilities, roofing, painting, flooring, fire control, fencing, and any other construction need that your project demands. ECR self-performs up to 70% of the work done on any given job so that we are able to pass those cost savings on to our customers!

Our workforce personnel consists of experienced carpenters, painters, plumbers, roofers, door and window specialists, flooring technicians, gate and fencing servicemen, hardware specialists, and supervisors who will allow you to maintain the pristine condition of your facilities. We have built a long list of local and regional subcontractors who we know can fulfill any aspects of the job that we cannot complete in-house.
